Chaga Fudgy Brownies
1 C agave sweetener
1/2 C avocado oil
1 C dark chocolate chips (Cacao)
1/2 C hot water
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 C ancient grain/GF (buckwheat, almond, oat)
1/4 C chaga powder
1/2 C cacao powder
1 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
pinch xanthan gum
Mix in bowl: agave, hot water, avocado oil, 1/2 C dark chocolate chips melted, vanilla.
Add: flour, chaga powder, cacao powder, baking soda, sea salt, xanthan gum, remaining chocolate chips, mix.
Bake on 325 for 35-45 minutes.
Add ice cream.

Organic Super Chaga Energy
1 1/2 C raw almonds
1/4 C goji berries or cranberries
1/2 C dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
2 Tbsp cacao powder
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp orange zest
1/8 tsp cardamom powder
Pinch sea salt
1 C almond butter
1/2 C raw local honey
1 C coconut flakes
2 Tbsp chaga powder
Chop almonds, put in bowl, add berries, chocolate chips, chia seeds, orange zest, cardamom, salt, coconut, mix.
Add almond butter & honey, massage with hands into balls, refrigerate.

2 Tbsp Chaga powder
3 1/2 C ancient grain flour/GF (buckwheat, almond, oat)
2 C agave, monkfruit or coconut sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
2 tsp allspice
2 tsp hemp
1 C dark chocolate (cacao)
t tsp baking powder
11/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2/3 C water
1/2 tsp cloves
4 eggs
15 oz. pumpkin
3/4 C olive or avocado oil
1 C chocolate chips (cacao) optional
1/2 C pumpkin seeds
Mix in bowl, wet then dry ingredients. Add pumpkins seeds to top.
Bake on 350 45-50 minutes for 3 loaves.

Chaga Hawaiian Pineapple Delight
2 C mashed bananas
1/2 C fresh pineapple
1 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 C ancient grain/GF (buckwheat, almond, oat)
1/4 C Chaga powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2-1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 -1 C maple syrup, honey, monk fruit or agave
1/2 C olive or avacado oil
2 eggs
2 Tbs almond mylk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 - 1 C dark chocolate chips (cacao)
1/2 C walnuts
Mix dry ingredients in bowl, mix wet ingredients in bowl, blend together.
Bake on 325 for 45 minutes.

1/2-1 banana
1 C berries
1C Chaga elixir
1 Tbs cacao powder
pinch cinnamon or allspice
1/8 C almonds
2 Tbs Collagen
Mint
Put in blender and mix until smooth. Add mint to garnish on top.

6 lemons
1 clove garlic
2 Tbs honey
2 C pineapple juice
1/4 tsp chili powder

1/2 C blueberries1/2 C spinich
1 apple
1 tbsp local honey

1 lemon
1/2 Tbsp cinnamon

10 parsley branches

Chaga by the Fire
6 large onions- red, yellow, white, sweet
2-3 shallots
4 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 Tsp maple syrup
1 tsp kosher salt
2 cloves garlic or black garlic
7 C stock (beef, vegetable or combination)
1 C Chaga mushroom elixir
1/2 C dry white wine or sherry
1 Tbs tyme
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp molasses
ancient grain bread
Chop onions, saute. Put all ingredients in crockpot on low. Cube bread, drizzle olive oil and garlic, brown in pan, add to soup.

Immune System Chaga Noodle
Package of gluten free noodles
1 onion
2 carrots
2 celery ribs
fresh ginger
2-3 garlic cloves
1 1/2 C bok chop
1/2 tsp curry powder
6 C Chaga or mushroom stock
1 lb. chicken
1/2 C parsley
2 Tbs unrefined extra virgin olive oil
Saute vegetables in olive oil. Add chicken chopped. Cook in crockpot on low 4-6 hours.

Hearty for the Chaga Soul
1-1/12 lbs stew beef trimmed
3 Tbs Chaga powder
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 Tbs unrefined extra virgin olive oil
1 onion chopped
6 C Chaga or mushroom broth
1/2 C red wine optional
1 lb potatoes (red or white)
4-6 carrots chopped
4 celery ribs
3 Tbs tomato paste
1 tsp rosemary
2 Tsp water
1 C peas
2 Bayleaf
Brown beef in large skillet, add vegetables, saute. Put in crock pot adding other ingredients. Ok low 4-6 hours.

Chaga Apres Ski
3 Tbs unrefined olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 shallot
8 oz mushrooms (lions mane, cremini, shiitake, button, morels, maitake, chanterelles, chicken of the woods, porcini, black trumpets or combo)
2 Tbs Chaga or mushroom powder
3 C Chaga or mushroom stock
1/4 sea salt
1/4 pepper
2 Tbs parsley
Large pot medium heat, saute olive oil, garlic, shallot 1 minute, add mushrooms sauté 3 minutes, add broth, sprinkle in powder, reduce, simmer 3-5 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
